CoolJam is a Talent Expansion Programme of weekly workshops in many different performing arts.  The workshops are open to all young people up to the age of 25 and are run by qualified and experienced tutors who have a real passion for working with young people.

CoolJam gives young people the opportunity to ‘strut their stuff’ and develop their creative skills and talents.  The workshops are based on three tenets:

1.  Everybody has talents
2. It is vital to provide mentoring and coaching which allows for individual emergence of talents
3. It is paramount to encourage team spirit and peer support in a non-competitive environment

The workshops are a great place to make new friends, learn new skills and have a lot of fun!

Workshops take place during the school terms, from 6.30pm – 8pm in the evenings.

Workshop dates for 2008
Term One:  From Monday 11 February until Thursday 3 April (8 weeks)
Term Two:  From Monday 12 May until Thursday 3 July (8 weeks)
Term Three:    From Monday 28 July until Thursday 18 September (8 weeks)
Term Four: From Monday 20 October until Thursday 20 November (5 weeks)

Groovy Guitar
